Plain yogurt

  • 8 oz.

AdvantEDGE Lean 15 Protein Powder – Vanilla Cream

  • 1 scoop

Oats

  • ¼ cup, uncooked

PREPARATION


Place yogurt in oversized bowl. Using a whisk, beat yogurt until smooth. Slowly add protein powder, and mix well. Add raw oats.
