Tuna Salad

INGREDIENTS


Tuna

  • 2 (6 ounce) cans, drained

Red bell pepper

  • 1, finely chopped

Red onion

  • ½ onion, finely chopped

Celery

  • 2 stalks, finely chopped

Fat-free mayo

  • ½ cup, or to taste

Fat-free Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup, or to taste

Dill pickle or sweet pickle relish

  • 1 tbsp.

Pepper

  • ¼ tsp.

Salt

  • ¼ tsp.

Tomato

  • 4 slices

Whole-wheat pita bread

  • 2 pieces, cut in half

PREPARATION


Toss together tuna, bell pepper, onion and celery. Stir in mayo, Greek yogurt, relish, salt and pepper. Stuff each pita half with tuna mixture and a slice of tomato.
