Tuna Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS


Tuna (in water)

  • Two cans, drained

Green onions

  • 2, diced

Carrots

  • 1 cup, diced

Celery

  • 1 cup, diced

Tomato

  • 1 cup, diced

Ground pepper

  • ½ tsp.

Salt

  • ¼ tsp.

Garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp

Whole-wheat pasta

  • 2 cups

Fat-free Italian dressing

  • ¼ cup

Low-fat feta cheese

  • ¼ cup

PREPARATION


Cook pasta according to directions and drain. Mix together tuna, onions, carrots, celery, cucumber, pepper, salt, garlic powder and pasta. Stir in Italian dressing and feta cheese.
