Spicy Scrambled Eggs

INGREDIENTS


Eggs

  • 4 eggs, 2 egg whites

Yogurt

  • 1 tsp. fat-free plain (or Greek)

Skim Milk

  • ¼ cup

Garlic

  • 1 tsp. bottled, minced

Red Pepper

  • ½ tsp. crushed

Cilantro

  • ¼ cup, chopped

Salt

  • ¼ tsp

Pepper

  • ¼ tsp, ground

Parmesan Cheese

  • 2 tbsp. low-fat, shredded

PREPARATION


Whisk together eggs, yogurt, milk, garlic, red pepper, cilantro, salt and pepper. Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and cook egg mixture over medium high heat until done. Top with Parmesan cheese.
