Oatmeal

  • 1 cup all-natural oatmeal, uncooked

Skim Milk

  • ¾ cup

Canned Pumpkin Puree

  • ½ cup

Pumpkin Pie Spice

  • ¼ tsp.

Cinnamon

  • 1 tsp.

Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1 scoop

PREPARATION


Mix together oatmeal and milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Cook on high for one to two minutes, stirring when needed. Stir in pumpkin puree and spices and cook another 30 seconds or until heated through. Mix in vanilla protein powder and serve.
