Kale

  • 1 cup

Cucumber (medium)

  • 1/2

Celery

  • 1 stalk

Ginger

  • 2 tbsp., sliced (to taste)

Granny smith apple (small)

AdvantEDGE Lean 15 Protein Powder – Vanilla Cream

  • 1 scoop

Ice and water

PREPARATION


Layer all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add extra ice and water as needed until desired consistency is achieved.
