Autumn Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS


For smoothie bowl:

Medium beet

  • One beet, washed and peeled

Frozen mixed berries

  • 1 cup

Baby spinach leaves

  • 2 cups

Granny smith apple

  • ½ apple

AdvantEDGE Lean 15 Protein Powder – Vanilla Cream

  • 2 scoops

Milk (your choice)

  • ½ cup

Ice

For Topping:

Granny smith apple

  • ½ apple, chopped

Clementine orange

  • 1 orange, peeled and chopped

Pomegranate arils

  • ¼ cup

PREPARATION


Place all ingredients for smoothie bowl in a blender and puree until smooth. Divide mixture among two dishes and sprinkle topping evenly amongst the two bowls.
