These three are cultivated by following the Body-for-LIFE® Challenge. Flash back to three months ago. My husband, Paul, and I were struggling to just survive the day. By the time evening came, after completing all the caring that five children demands, and working very hard at a thriving chiropractic practice, we had nothing left to give. We had no energy to spend quality time together. We were in a rut, both physically and emotionally. Our relationship was suffering. We needed something - a plan to follow - to give us a jump on resetting our lives. Body-for-LIFE gave us just that. When we started on the plan outlined in the Body-for-LIFE book, we were immediately unified on a common focus. We began to thrive as we worked toward a goal. Very soon, we noticed increased energy and then the scale began to move. With each outward change came the strengthening of our inward change. Every day we were encouraging each other. When one of us began to falter, the other one was there to stay and provide reinforcement. The most amazing result of the Challenge was the virtuous effects that began filtering into other areas of our lives. Even our children benefited! We were so encouraged by our progress that for our anniversary we purchased each other an entry into an Ironman™ triathlon. Participating in the Body-for-LIFE Challenge has truly provided a gift of health as well as increased diligence, discipline and determination. We are thriving, not just surviving, thanks to our taking on the Challenge in order to change our bodies and our lives. Body-for-LIFE has done it all for us!
