Before After Afters

Brad Wadlow: 1997 Champion

Because of his busy life, Brad Wadlow wasn’t as physically active as he had been when he when you was younger. Over the years, he had let extra weight creep up on him.

When Brad heard about the program through a friend, he realized that following the lifestyle plan would be easier than he thought. He would eat six small meals a day and increase his physical activity. He wouldn’t have to spend hours in the gym–-he just had to stick to a regular schedule of exercise a few times a week. Wadlow’s positive attitude and persistence helped him to lose 25 pounds of fat and gain 27 pounds of lean muscle.

"When things got tough and I wanted to give up, I thought of something my high school wrestling coach instilled in me," Brad says. "The credit belongs to all of us who compete; whose faces have been marred with lifting chalk, sweat and dust; who at best know the dedication and enthusiasm of a champion; and at worst, the bitterness of defeat. So our names shall never be among those cold and timid souls who know neither victory nor defeat."

Brad has lived the lifestyle for seven years and now owns a personal training business. He continues to inspire others and enjoys watching them transform their lives.
