Pamela Akaka: 2000 Champion
|
Pamela Hickerson-Akaka, a 51-year-old sales and marketing specialist, felt adrift day to day. She had no motivation, energy or spark. She didn’t work out because she felt physically exhausted all the time. She was tired of making excuses. She wanted to look and feel her best. She discovered Body-for-LIFE and decided to give 100 percent. As a result, Pamela lost 30 pounds of fat, gained 6 pounds of muscle and dropped from a size 12 to a size 4/6. "I gained an inner strength that gave me the confidence to change all my negative patterns of action," Pamela says.
