Charles Damiano

Charles accepted the Challenge so he could have more energy and stay healthy for his wife and three children—they were the inspiration that kept him successful for the 12 weeks. Entering the Body-for-LIFE Challenge has been one of the most exciting and rewarding experiences in my life, Charles says. My energy level and confidence has sky rocketed, and I feel alive and vibrant. I can’t stop talking to people about the simple principles behind the Program and how it has changed my life. Charles dropped his body fat from 19.2 percent to 7.8 percent, and he lost 22 pounds of fat and gained 15 pounds of lean muscle. Charles is now excited about getting people involved with the Body-for-LIFE Program telling them how it can change their lives. To me this contest is really about helping others, but I learned that helping others first begins with helping yourself.

Charles continues to live the lifestyle every day. My new goal and outlook on life is to improve with age! It is very exciting getting up in the morning knowing you are in control of your life and working towards changing and improving your health with each workout, each cardio session and each meal that you consume by following the Body-for-LIFE lifestyle. It makes me look forward to my workouts and my eating plan knowing I’m getting better as time goes by.
