Lynn Lingenfelter

Seven years ago, Lynn Lingenfelter had almost given up on life after learning he had contracted the HIV virus through a tainted blood transfusion. He was so depressed that he dropped out of college, never left the house and slept 15 hours a day. Lingenfelter heard about the Challenge and decided to make a positive change in his health and attitude by working out and eating healthy meals. He dropped his weight from 202 pounds with 14 percent body fat to 178 pounds and 8.9 percent body fat. Seven years later, Lingenfelter is still in great health and continues to eat a balanced diet and work out two or three times a week. He became so passionate about exercise that he now owns a personal training studio with his wife. "I like how I look and feel when I’m eating right, weight training and doing cardio regularly," said Lingenfelter. "Many wonderful things have followed from successfully accomplishing the Challenge. Most important to me is my wife and two children."
