“I had looked in the mirror one too many times with great displeasure about the way I looked and felt,” Ralph says. “But when I looked at my ‘before’ picture that was all the motivation I needed to change; it was time to act. I completed the Challenge and went from 255 pounds to 216 pounds in a total of 22 weeks! I also gained 8 pounds of muscle! I attained these results at the age of 38 while working full-time as a police officer and maintaining a family. If I can do it, anyone can!”
