Kobbo’s inspiration to complete the Challenge were from all the people that told him he could not finish the Challenge—that it was impossible for a person his age to transform his body. Kobbo proved them wrong. He lost 20 pounds of fat and dropped his body fat from 20.3 percent to 10.9 percent. “It doesn’t matter whether you are 20 or 99, you can transform your body with proper exercise and nutrition,” Kobbo says. “Better nutrition habits and exercise has helped me have a healthier life.
