Results: Lost 25 pounds of fat*
Although I did not attain the goals I wanted. I am very proud of how far I've come and the challenges I overcame during this 12-week transformation. I will continue my journey and strive to reach my current goals. I will also set new ones as I move forward. I feel unbelievably healthy internally and externally, not to mention that I look pretty darn good. I would like to share a little story that recently happened to me: At the beginning of the year I was trying to increase my life insurance policy, but my application was declined because I had too much sugar in my urine analysis. The insurance company required that I take a blood test to check if I was diabetic. I know Diabetes is hereditary and it runs deep in my family. So I automatically assumed I was plagued with this horrible disease. Needless to say my diagnosis came back negative, as I was a few weeks into the Body-for-LIFE Challenge. I know this was attributed to my healthy eating habits and exercise regimen that I began for the Challenge. So from the bottom my heart I would like to thank the Body-for-LIFE Challenge for this. I am confident that I will be a Champion of the Body-for-LIFE Challenge at some point or another in my lifetime – if not now, then in the very near future. I will pay this forward and help others reach their health and fitness goals. I will lead and live a healthy, successful, personal and professional life. I DECIDE!
