Determined to put into action all the info they learned from the EAS Transformation Camp they attended, Doug and Jayne decided to make the Challenge the number one priority in their lives. Their inspiration came from their trust in the Body-for-LIFE® Program, videos, training guides and recipes. And their biggest obstacle was a family vacation spent on a houseboat during their 10th week into the Challenge. But they overcame their obstacle by bringing only authorized foods on the boat and a set of dumbbells. “We will never forget the looks on the faces of the marina workers as we unloaded our weights,” says Doug and Jayne. They ended their Challenge with great results. Doug lost 8.5 pounds of fat and gained 6.5 pounds of muscle; and his body fat dropped from 12.1% to 6.9%. Jayne’s body fat went from 19.6% to 13.5%; and her weight went from 133 pounds to 125 pounds. “Although this Challenge is over, we feel compelled to continue our workouts and improved nutritional habits.”
