Feeling out of shape with a lack of energy and self-confidence, Debbie’s journey to success began with a painful “before” photo. “My inspiration came from a strong belief that a healthy transformation was possible if I used the Body-for-LIFE® model for success,” Debbie says. “I took control of my daily habits, wrote in my journal and planned ahead every single day. Before long it didn’t seem like a 12-week program but a new lifestyle.” Debbie lost 35 pounds of fat and dropped her body fat from 34.1 percent to 15.3 percent. “In my mind, body and spirit, I feel much younger now than 12 weeks ago,” Debbie says. “I’ve learned that by living a healthy lifestyle I can truly live my best life!”
