When Chris Dunlap entered the Challenge, she wasn’t thinking about a 12-week program, she was thinking about a new way of life. With overweight health issues prevalent in her family, Dunlap decided to get serious about her weight and make proper nutrition and exercise a priority in her life. An emotional and comfort food eater, she sought other healthy outlets. Using previous Body-for-LIFE champions' stories and advice, she started demonstrating the drive and determination she knew she always had to become the person physically she had always visualized.
