1 cup of Oatmeal, 1 Myoplex, 1 medium apple
Meal 3
Grilled chicken breast, 2 oz of spaghetti, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, 1/2 cup of
broccoli, HMB
Meal 4
Myoplex, 1 banana
Meal 5
1 can of tuna, 2 tablespoons of light mayo, 4 slices of whole wheat bread,
2 slices of tomatoes
Meal 6
2 scoops of Whey protein, 10oz of fruit juice, HMB
Meal 7
1 whole egg, 5 whites scrambled on cooking spray, Muscle Armor

glaze, 1 cup of cauliflower/broccoli mix, 1/4 cup canned pineapple chunks in
natural juice
Meal 4
Myoplex , 1 box of raisins, HMB
Meal 5
6 oz. ground turkey, 2 oz spaghetti, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, one banana
Meal 6
2 scoops of Whey protein, 10oz of fruit juice, HMB
