Monday
Meal 1

cup of Oatmeal, 1 Myoplex , 1 teaspoon peanut butter, HMB

Meal 2

1 cup of Oatmeal, 1 Myoplex, 1 medium apple

Meal 3

Grilled chicken breast, 2 oz of spaghetti, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, 1/2 cup of broccoli, HMB

Meal 4

Myoplex, 1 banana

Meal 5

1 can of tuna, 2 tablespoons of light mayo, 4 slices of whole wheat bread, 2 slices of tomatoes

Meal 6

2 scoops of Whey protein, 10oz of fruit juice, HMB

Meal 7

1 whole egg, 5 whites scrambled on cooking spray, Muscle Armor

Tuesday
Meal 1

cup of Oatmeal, 1 Myoplex , 1 teaspoon peanut butter, HMB

Meal 2

1 cup of Oatmeal, 1 Myoplex, 1 medium apple

Meal 3

Stir fry. 6 oz. of round steak cut up, one cup of cooked rice, 3 tbsp. teriyaki glaze, 1 cup of cauliflower/broccoli mix, 1/4 cup canned pineapple chunks in natural juice

Meal 4

Myoplex , 1 box of raisins, HMB

Meal 5

6 oz. ground turkey, 2 oz spaghetti, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, one banana

Meal 6

2 scoops of Whey protein, 10oz of fruit juice, HMB

Meal 7

1 whole egg and 5 whites scrambled with 1 slice of ham chopped up, chopped up tomatoes and bell peppers cooked on cooking spray, Muscle Armor

Wednesday
Meal 1

1 cup of Oatmeal, 1 Myoplex , 1 teaspoon peanut butter, HMB

Meal 2

1 cup of Oatmeal, 1 Myoplex, 1 medium apple

Meal 3

4 oz flank steak, 1 1/2 cups of shredded potatoes, 2 slices of fat free cheese (melted on top), one cup of orange juice, HMB

Meal 4

1 Myoplex, fat free yogurt

Meal 5

6 oz chicken breast, 2 wheat hamburger rolls, 2 tbsp BBQ sauce, small salad, 2 tbsp reduced fat dressing

Meal 6

2 scoops of Whey protein, 10oz of fruit juice, HMB

Meal 7

1 whole egg, 5 whites scrambled 1 slice of ham on cooking spray, Muscle Armo

Thursday
Meal 1

1 cup of Oatmeal, 1 Myoplex , 1 teaspoon peanut butter, HMB

Meal 2

1 cup of Oatmeal, 1 Myoplex, 1 medium apple

Meal 3

6 oz. grilled chicken breast, 2 oz of spaghetti, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, 1/2 cup of broccoli, HMB

Meal 5

1 can of tuna in water, 2 tablespoons of light mayo, 4 slices of whole wheat bread, 2 slices of tomatoes

Meal 6

Friday
Meal 1
