Fruity Yogurt and Cottage Cheese

- ½ cup fat-free cottage cheese
- ½ cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
- 1 to 2 tablespoons fruit of your choice (blueberries, sliced strawberries, raspberries, sliced bananas, etc.)
- 1 teaspoon slivered, raw almonds
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Mix together the cottage cheese and yogurt and top with the fruit, almonds and cinnamon.
