Fruity Yogurt and Cottage Cheese

Ingredients

  • ½ cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • ½ cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons fruit of your choice (blueberries, sliced strawberries, raspberries, sliced bananas, etc.)
  • 1 teaspoon slivered, raw almonds 
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon 

Preparation


Mix together the cottage cheese and yogurt and top with the fruit, almonds and cinnamon.
