Open-Face Salmon Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1/2 of a 4-ounce can salmon, drained
- 1 tbsp fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 1 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 slice whole-wheat toast In a bowl, flake salmon
Preparation
Stir in mayonnaise, horseradish, onion and parsley. Serve on a slice of whole-wheat toast.
