Veggie Egg White Stir Fry

  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 8 egg whites, scrambled
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce


Spray a skillet with cooking spray, and add 2 teaspoons sesame oil. Stir-fry the snow peas, mushrooms, bell pepper and broccoli until crisp-tender, about two minutes. Add cooked egg whites and stir. Drizzle with teriyaki sauce and soy sauce and cook one minute.
