- 1 pound lean, ground turkey
- 1 jar low-sugar spaghetti sauce (any flavor)
- 4 portions whole-wheat pasta
Cook whole-wheat pasta according to directions. While pasta is cooking, brown ground turkey in a non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray. When turkey is done, add the spaghetti sauce to skillet and cook until heated through. Top pasta with sauce.
