Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon red pepper, crushed
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup whole-wheat bread crumbs
- 4 whole-wheat hamburger buns
- 4 slices tomato
- 4 slices lettuce
Preparation
In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, garlic powder, red pepper, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, egg and bread crumbs. Form meat mixture into four patties and grill, broil or sauté until done. Serve on a whole-wheat bun with lettuce and tomato.
