Southwestern Grilled Halibut

Recipe Grilled Halibut

4 (6-ounce) halibut fillets
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon chili powder
2 cups salsa


Preheat a grill and spray with cooking spray. Rub halibut with oil; sprinkle with salt, black pepper, cumin and chili powder. Place fish on grill; grill 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with salsa, brown rice and grilled or steamed asparagus.
