Lime Marinated Salmon

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon minced, bottled ginger
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced, bottled garlic
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick)
- Cooking spray
- 4 lime wedges
Preparation
Pour first five ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add salmon, seal and marinate in the refrigerator for an hour, turning bag occasionally. Preheat broiler. Remove salmon from bag, discarding marinade. Put salmon on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil eight minutes. Turn, and broil for another four minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with lime wedges and brown rice.
