Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt, divided
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries (or other sliced fruit of your choice), divided
  • 1 tablespoon semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation


In a tall glass, layer the yogurt, cottage cheese and fruit. Top with semi-sweet chocolate chips.
