Cinnamon Rice Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fat-free cottage cheese
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Sugar substitute, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 cup brown rice (cooked and cooled)
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
Place cottage cheese, protein powder, sugar substitute and nutmeg in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and stir in rice and raisins. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
