Spicy Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
- 4 eggs, 2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon fat-free plain (or Greek) yogurt
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 teaspoon bottled, minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper, ground
- 2 tablespoons low-fat, shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Whisk together eggs, yogurt, milk, garlic, red pepper, cilantro, salt and pepper. Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and cook egg mixture over medium high heat until done. Top with Parmesan cheese.
