Breakfast Bagel Sandwich

  • 6 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free, shredded cheese (of your choice)
  • 1 whole-wheat bagel
  • Cooking spray


Add the skim milk, salt and pepper to the egg whites and beat with a whisk. Scramble or fry in a nonstick pan coated with cooking spray. While eggs are cooking, cut the bagel in half and toast both halves. Top each bagel half with egg whites, add salsa and sprinkle with the shredded cheese.
