- ¾ cup skim milk
- ½ cup dry, old-fashioned oats
- A dash of cinnamon
- 2 packages of non-calorie sweetener
Mix and then place in microwave for 2 minutes. Stir and eat.
For your protein:
- 4 egg whites
- 1 whole egg
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Mix together, add olive oil to a non-stick pan and scramble or fry.
