Egg Sandwich

  • ¾ cup skim milk 
  • ½ cup dry, old-fashioned oats
  • A dash of cinnamon
  • 2 packages of non-calorie sweetener 


Mix and then place in microwave for 2 minutes. Stir and eat. 

For your protein:  
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil 
Mix together, add olive oil to a non-stick pan and scramble or fry.
