Tuna Omelet

Ingredients
- 3 to 4 egg whites
- 1/2 can of water-packed tuna
- 1 tablespoon diced onions
- 1 tablespoon grated low-fat cheddar cheese
- Cooking spray
- Your favorite seasonings
Preparation
Pour egg whites into non-stick pan that has been sprayed with fat-free cooking spray. While cooking over low heat add in tuna, seasonings and onions. When egg begins to firm, fold in half and cook for a couple more minutes on each side. Then place on plate and sprinkle cheese on top.
