Here are my before and after 4 weeks photos. Don't mind the red welts on my back in the day 1 photos. I had had suction cup massage. Felt wonderful but leaves a mark!! Day 1: Day 29:

First one is the start, second is 5 weeks in, the last one was the beginning of week 8. I weighed this morning at 156.4 Keep up the great work everyone. I'm glad we have all had this thread to encourage one another. It has really helped me to keep going even when I have had two bad free days...

Just started yesterday. Slightly ashamed how bad I have left myself go but the best way to push yourself is by putting it out in public!
