The lady success document is a collection of emails and guestbook entries from women competitors.  Most of the entries in the document concern the phenomenon that most women tend to see relatively late results, first showing significant changes between weeks 6 and 8, and then continuing on to the end of the challenge. This can be contrasted with guys, who usually see quick movement in the scales and lost inches as well, but then plateau around week 8 or 9.  This document is 10 pages packed with inspiration and I hope it will help thousands of people.
