Thanks for all the positive comments. It does get a little discouraging. I didn't really see results until week 8. This pic was taken after two challenges. I only lost about 2pounds a week but I've kept it off and developed good habits. Just keep pushing yourself and the results will come and then you'll be addicted! I constantly challenge myself and love it when I can still get sore after a workout. Good luck you can do it!
