Thanks everyone! Tips- Stick to the plan and really enjoy your cheat day it really kept me motivated and helped me to not feel deprived. I have been on Body for Life now 9 months, now I am just maintaining. I tried alot of diets before I found Body for Life and it truly does work if you stick with the plan. Don't be afraid to try the group fitness classes offered at most gyms it will help switch things up and make working out fun! I really love the Zumba class I highly recommend it.
