I am glad to see that I haven't totally fallen off the wagon. Although I didn't do exercise for almost three weeks now, I decide to catch up again. I am grateful that I am healthy today. I changed on a few things:
a. Drink green tea daily. I loved drinking coffee before. But now I don't drink coffee anymore.
b. Don't eat sweet things. I loved eating anything sweet. But now I don't eat them anymore.
c. Don't eat meat or just eat a little meat.
Continue doing exercise 6 days a week, 30 min. at least. Continue to practise Taichi as something to adust the balance of Yin and Yang.
Yesterday I did 20 min. cardio work out and LBWO. Today I felt sore on my body.
I am still going strong with BFL. It lifted my spirit and keeps me going forward. On the second day of 2014, I did the cardio exercise. I will continue with this program and refine my eating plan and workout.
