I have now completed the 12 weeks and am continuing with my body for life program. I have achieved my goal 85 Kg's and now set a further one 80 Kg's to get even better. This new goal coupled with my existing muscle mass would give me a better than average body composition and a body fat percentage of about 12%. I have been doing my exorcize 6 days a week and eating to the meal plans. I exorcize at the same time every day first thing in the morning 5am. I make sure I get to bed early around 9pm to get enough sleep to recover.  I am finding however that between about 10 am and 2pm  I get extremely tired and could quite easily fall asleep. Something I do not think my boss would appreciate. Is there a reason for this loss of energy and is there anything I can do about it.
