I must say that I started out strong, slowed down in the middle, picked myself up somewhat and slowed down again BUT I have maintained my routine and my weight is good for me now. I no longer worry about what I will wear because all my clothes look good now. I started out 20 min cardio a day and worked up to 40 min. I strength train every other day with weights or Pilates. I allow myself 5 smart carbs a day and 4 smart proteins a day. Eating the BFL way is such an amazing difference. I feel awful when I eat what I think I want on my free day. I like eating the BFL way and intend to always eat this way. I also like my smaller waist, my tone thighs and my arms that no longer wiggle. I really like the EAS products in comparison to others I have tried. I recommend the Biggest Loser DVD's and Jillian Micheals and Leslie Sansone's WALK DVD's. All of these are simple to do in your own home. Get 3 sets of weights, some good shoes and go for it. These things and BFL are all you need. You will see results by the 3rd week. You will be so proud of yourself.
