A compilation of baby steps

  • I started my challenge on June 4th and ended the end of August.  Today I took pics 8 weeks post challenge and have continued to see my body change.  I'm really grateful for BFL and I'm excited that it's really a lifestyle.  I do eat a little differently than the program outlines and in the last 6 weeks I've been doing Bill Phillips 5/25 workouts just to change things up so I won't get bored.
