22 Weeks until Nashville!

Woohoo! This event is finally posted under the Events link here! Thanks webmasters!!

A few of our event details have changed due to the flooding in Nashville. We will be honoring our friend and mentor Mike Harris as well during our Champion's Weekend. I encourage everyone to attend, to participate in our BE-LIKE-MIKE challenge from bflspirit.com, and to honor this hero by changing your own life!

Since your a champion I thought I would direct this question to you. Is it ok to have tofu Its a great and cheap protein source?? Any feedback

Thank you Darelyne Im loving the program did it years ago and doing it again Im 5 3 weight was 142 now im 138 and a half and dropped a half inch been doing it for 3 weeks now..

Good afternoon BFL'ers!!

Just a quick note to remind folks that the final deadline for registering for our event is SEPTEMBER 16TH!!

I have confirmed that the beloved Mr. Porter Freeman will be there and will be one of our guest speakers along with Michelle Simpson and a couple of other BFL champions. Trust me when I say you don't want to miss out on these folks sharing their stories from their heart.

The weekend itinerary will be completed soon...I'm working on it...but will include lots of opportunities to mix/mingle with each other and lots of good food(most of it authorized..lol)..and lots of fun. A couple of good seminars and free time to explore nashville.

Oh and I can't forget...we will be participating in the RACE FOR THE CURE. We have formed our RUN-FOR-MIKE team and WE NEED YOU TO JOIN! Currently we have the 8th largest team for this event..heck with 8..I want to be #1. So join us!

One note, on the hotel room there was only a limited number of double-double rooms remaining for those that want to share expenses with others. So if you need a double room I strongly advise you call and book it now.

Again the deadline is SEPTEMBER 16TH AND IT WILL BE HERE BEFORE YOU KNOW IT!
