I'm not counting on hearing anything. It's been close to 2 weeks now. I am highly disappointed in their lack of ability to answer even through their "contact the webmaster" link. I guess this site is left to us without much tech support. :( What a stinker-ooo..
The BFL Director posted a forum for you. They are aware of the problem and trying to resolve.

Mike - It is under "Did You Know...Profile update fix"...basically says they are working on it.
I just saw it. Ha! Thanks Julie. I'm glad to hear they're working to get it fixed. Lots of people saying they're not able to update/change their profiles.
