kaykingrealtor
I couldn't choke down the protein powder shakes - too much and do not like texture. I do however love the Premade EAS shakes in the small 4pk carton. I am starting the BFL challenge on Monday and wanted to know if I can drink the premade shake and if so - how does it compare to the powder ones? Do...

My husband and I are starting BFL today! We're so excited to start feeling more energetic and looking our best. However, I'm in the final three weeks of training for a half marathon. My running days fall on the three cardio days for BFL, so I'll be doing my runs instead of the 20-minute cardio...

Is there a way to get the BFL workout to under 40 minutes?
jcknight007
My gym opens at 6:00 am. I MUST be out of there by 6:40 in order to get to work on time. Is there some way to get the wo in under 40 minutes? I know shortcuts aren't exactly the best idea, but any advice would be appreciated.

HELP! I tore my LCL (not too horribly it seems) but this is obviously affecting my workout. I'm trying to alter my meal plans to be much less calorie intensive since I'm not able to work out as often or as intensely. I will still be doing cardio can't as intensely for at least 6 months...

Hello All, I've done BFL off and on during the last 11 years with sometimes great results, and sometimes I didn't finish due to injuries/illness. I've been challenged in the past 10 years, having undergone 5 surgeries and having a child! The most recent surgery was major open heart surgery...

60 pound surprise!
DrebinMsi
Hello everyone. I signed up last night, as a spur of the moment decision. I found a scale in the kitchen. My folks had brought it home with their Christmas shopping. I stepped on it to find 343 pounds on the indicator. I had thought I was 280. I immediately signed up. I've known about BFL for awhile...

TheBrianIUsedtoBe
So, I completed my first week doing BFL. Did everything by the book. Net result? I gained two pounds; went from 259 to 261. I sure hope this pattern doesn't persist. Any thoughts from folks who've been at this longer?
