HELP! I tore my LCL (not too horribly it seems) but this is obviously affecting my workout. I'm trying to alter my meal plans to be much less calorie intensive since I'm not able to work out as often or as intensely. I will still be doing cardio can't as intensely for at least 6 months...

I'm going to post what I've done over the last 3 weeks here. Why not? I love feedback and advice and thoughts...and I'm new to the boards. I picked up BFL about 9 years ago and went the 12 weeks and then some, and then I fell away from it, off and one. Never going past week 4 any one time...
