Hey guys, this question has been playing on my mind ever since i started a couple of weeks ago- is it bad to have carbs late in the day? Okay first off i'll start by saying that i know it doesn't say do NOT do it in the book. Im just really torn! I've heard various different perspectives...

I can only believe that I WILL get better at the early morning hours, telling myself I will have more daytime and less night time to worry about should help a little. I have a bench on order and have a small set of dumbbells, but I will probably buy more weights as time goes on and I actually get stronger...

I am 30 years old, 5'10" tall and weight 185 pounds I am looking into getting a decent dumbbell and weight training bench, but could use some tips on where to go and what to look for. My biggest problem will be getting up early and also getting all my meals and snacks organized 6...

Hi, I am new to Body For Life, I know about the program but haven't done it. I am wondering if there are suggestions for snacks/protein shakes that are available in local supermarkets, Costco, etc. that are as good as the EAS Myloplex. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks so much. Kathy
