Please Help!!! We are Losing steam after 2 1/2 weeks
sadrac_noel
My wife (Sheila) and I (Noel) began the BFL challange on Monday August 2nd, 2010. We have stuck to the fitness and Nutrition plan without cheating, but the issue is that we haven't seen big weight loss, or inch losses and both my wife and I are a little dismayed. We are committed to finishing the...

Any advice for the last 4 weeks?

I will be down to my last 4 weeks starting next week. This is my second challenge. On my first challenge I didn't lose much, but I didn't follow the eating program really close. This time I did follow the eating program better - balance of proteins and carbs and took my free days, but still just...

jcknight007
My gym opens at 6:00 am. I MUST be out of there by 6:40 in order to get to work on time. Is there some way to get the wo in under 40 minutes? I know shortcuts aren't exactly the best idea, but any advice would be appreciated.

BFL after Open Heart Surgery

Hello All, I've done BFL off and on during the last 11 years with sometimes great results, and sometimes I didn't finish due to injuries/illness. I've been challenged in the past 10 years, having undergone 5 surgeries and having a child! The most recent surgery was major open heart surgery...

Help, no measurable changes in last 4 weeks!

Hey everyone! I've been a big fan of BFL for years, and have seen some great results over that time. Unfortunately, I did a good deal of backsliding when life kinda kicked me in the rear. Before we were married, I introduced my wife to BFL and she and I both had really solid results. (since I had...

I can only believe that I WILL get better at the early morning hours, telling myself I will have more daytime and less night time to worry about should help a little. I have a bench on order and have a small set of dumbbells, but I will probably buy more weights as time goes on and I actually get stronger...

Protein and oatmeal

Does anyone have a good protein to add to oatmeal? I really love eating oatmeal in the morning. I added egg whites this morning (I read that some people do that on BFL) and I couldn't choke it down. Any suggestions? Thanks and good luck to all! Kathy
