starting bfl on 11/4/13

  • Did a lot of planning and research the past 2weeks now stoked about getting started
  • Congrats on taking the first step.  It's not an easy journey, but it's worth it (and it gets SO easy once it becomes a habit).

    My advice to all new challengers: keep a journal.  This will be your most important tool.  At the start of each day (or the night before) write down your meal plan.  Then write down what you actually ate and what time you ate it.  It is important that you also use a journal for your workouts.  My food journal and exercise journal are the same, I keep track of everything I eat and do at the gym so I can hold myself accountable.
