Starting on 11/4/13

  • Howdy, everyone!

    I've tried going through the challenge a couple times before, but always quit after a week or so. Never tried getting support to keep going. I really want to succeed this time. I've enlisted a good friend as a workout/diet partner, And I'm going to take advantage of these forums to me keep going. I'll update as I get started. This week - meal planning and preparation.


  • hi clarissa!  I am starting today :)  got my UBWO in and a tasty meal - yummy. I need to plan plan plan too.  that's the hardest part for me.... well "cooking"is the hardest part for me.
