Sugar cravings in week 3

  • Hi, i'm on week 3 now.  Haven't lost any weight (still on my original 56kgs).  Training is much better than week 1. Still only managinig 5 meals a day.  BUT i've developmed the most overwhelming sugar cravings. PLEASE HELP!!!!  Using USN products (Lean Whey Protein Shake and CLA Pure 1000). And struggling to lose weight around my middle.....

  • Just curious have you tried substituing Truvia or splendra in place of the sugar you use. It might help to wean you off the stuff from too much to very little. I haven't used a lot of sugar in years overall and it has helped me a great deal in my loss of weight and glucose levels overall.
