I am about ready to get started. I have read the book and am planning my first workout. Being an old nerd, I want to track my workouts on my smartphone. I found and installed the JEFIT program recommended by so many people here. Unfortunately, nerd that I am, I can't quite figure out how to set up a workout schedule in the JEFIT program.Plus, it seems that the program is designed to do the same workouts on the same days every week, but the BFL program alternates patterns every other week (see page 78 in the 1999 edition of the book). I have read the manual but it is a little lacking in detail.

Does anyone have any tips for how to best set up a BFL style workout in the JEFIT program?
